Soccer Series Information

The PepsiCo Showdown Soccer Series is a high school soccer tournament - the largest in the United States. Each varsity team is seeded and placed in a single-elimination winner’s bracket. College coaches and media love that they can come to one site and see 1,000s of soccer players from different clubs, communities and high schools at one site on back-to-back Saturdays unlike any other high school tournament in the country.

Next event: September 2018 PepsiCo Showdown Boys (Chicago)

Each bracket in the #PepsiCoShowdown is named after a local nonprofit organization Making A Difference On AND Off The Field. To view the full PepsiCo Showdown brackets and schedule, please visit the PepsiCo Showdown Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages. The schedule is pinned at the top of each social media page, which makes sharing with anyone super easy.

2018 Dates: Chicago Boys - Sept. 8, 11, 13, 15 and 23 (Championship Sunday). 2019 Dates: Chicago Boys - Sept. 14, 17, 19, 21 and 29 (Championship Sunday).

Contest Times: The locations and pairings for each round will be posted on the PepsiCo Showdown social media pages (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) for all to see and for easy sharing. Seeding for each PepsiCo Showdown will be announced at 8 p.m. on the Monday before all Opening Days (all teams at the same site on Opening Day). The host school determines the start time for games during the week.

Overtime Scoring: Shootouts will be used for ALL PepsiCo Showdown games. If the game goes to a shootout, it will count as a win or loss toward a team’s overall record. There are no ties in the PepsiCo Showdown.
